So I have to ask my self a questions 1, Why Haven't they came to see this great investment.?
Do they know that each room has its own private bath? Put one on that side of the house and put the other on the other side. Do they know there's a really-really-really big upper level room we call the game room, the pool table room, the juke box room?
Do they know that this home uses Solar panel on the roof to generate its own electricity?
As I ask my self these question it is becoming clear that if they knew any of this they would buy this house. So my job now is to find ways to communicate effectively the outstanding value this home represent even in this market.
So Maybe you can help me out by telling everyone you come across, that you have just been exposed to an excellent Real Estate Investment, that you just have to tell them about.
